The form above pulls real-time fleet availability from our two New Hampshire offices in Manchester and Derry, lets you pick your dates, vehicle class, and pickup or delivery location, and confirms your reservation instantly. What You Need to Book

  • A valid driver license. New Hampshire, Massachusetts, any other US state, or an international license with English translation. Drivers 18 and older are welcome at the same daily rate.
  • A payment method. Debit or credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover all accepted. Debit cards require a refundable security deposit (typically $300, higher for premium vehicle classes).
  • Your travel dates and pickup preference. Pick up at our Manchester office at 1086 Candia Rd (near I-93 Exit 7) or our Derry office at 15 Central St (I-93 Exit 4), or have us deliver free door-to-door to addresses in our southern NH service area — homes, hotels, MHT airport, even Boston Logan for travelers heading into NH.
  • Insurance information (optional). If you plan to use your own auto coverage or credit-card rental insurance, bring proof at pickup. Otherwise we offer comprehensive protection options at the time of booking.

What Happens After You Book

  1. Instant email confirmation with your reservation details, pickup or delivery instructions, and a direct contact number for changes.
  2. Pre-pickup outreach — a quick text or call a day before your rental to confirm timing and accommodate any last-minute changes.
  3. Pickup or delivery at the agreed time. We hand over the keys, walk through a quick vehicle inspection, sign the agreement, and you drive.
  4. Return at our office or by scheduled pickup at your location. Your security deposit is released within 3 to 7 business days of return.

Modifications and Cancellations

Plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward and posted up front:

  • 48+ hours before pickup: full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours before pickup: partial refund.
  • Inside 24 hours or same day: non-refundable.

How fast is the booking confirmation?

Instant. The booking system confirms your reservation as soon as you complete the form, and you receive an email confirmation immediately. We also send a pre-pickup text or call the day before to confirm timing and any last-minute changes.

Can I book a Vorenza rental at age 18?

Yes. We welcome drivers 18 and older with a valid license and a debit or credit card — one of the few New Hampshire rental companies that accepts 18+ drivers without a young-driver surcharge. Do you accept debit cards when booking online?

Yes. Debit cards are accepted with a minimum $300 refundable security deposit (higher for premium vehicle classes). The deposit is held during your rental and released within 3 to 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Where can I pick up my Vorenza rental car?

Pickup at our Manchester office (1086 Candia Rd, near I-93 Exit 7), our Derry office (15 Central St, I-93 Exit 4), or door-to-door delivery throughout our Manchester and Derry service area — homes, hotels, business offices, MHT airport, and Boston Logan.
